   @ Mr.Z

   Probably you have a Xenon, that’s why its getting that hot. Just set the fans at 100% and leave them at it. If the temperature keeps atleast below 60° C, then hopefully you will be on the safe side. But its actually better to keep the temperature under 50° C. As an addition, you can also add a fan inside the Xbox360 if it helps.

   @mr.z 78c is really hot for a CPU to be getting, if I were you i’d put the fans on 100% just to be safe, and check temps in between games, if its that hot I’d shut off the xbox and wait a little. Heat like that can lift the cpu off the mobo and its hard to fix. My temps are:

   48C: CPU
   53C: GPU
   64C: MEM
   36C: CASE

   I would love to see a feature that lets you delete an XBLA game right from the dash (the filed and all). As I have no way of managing them since the folders are all numbers…..

    Hello.

    Firstly thank you for a great job.

    I’d like to state another bug with the DVD copy function. Any xbox 360 game containing the folder CookedXenon will not copy properly or at all (ex batman AA, Ao2 TFD) it would seem like it’s copying but when it shows DONE you can’t find the files or the game anywhere, indicating it has been not copied. please have a look and try to patch on the next fix.

    Great dash and great work.

    I have one issue though, I can’t get videos to work. The right path is configured in fsd2config.xml and games etc work fine. Do I need optional media patch too or what else could be the problem? Nothing shows up in Videos.

    Hi and thanks for your great work!
    But can you integrate a “network option” to swith between “Automatic” and “Manual” ? Because my xbox is connected to the modem for scanning, etc (So I have to set networks options to “Automatic”) but if I want to use FTP I have to go back to the official dashboard and change to “Manual” (With Dashlaunh it’s very boring, you have to change your launch.ini …)

    Those having video issues, the videos that work are strictly limited to Constant Bit Rate . WMV’s only. AVI’s and MP4 will not work at this time, nor do i suspect they ever will.

    @Kane Just press the guide button and select “Go to Dashboard”. If FSD is your default it will auto load…

    Any word on how to customize icons in this Version, Tried with FSD Indexer and Quickboot, But it only has game on demand and demo containers so not the FSD container names. Even added an ICON.dds file in the folder with the XeX.

    Waiting for a tutorial that shows how to create skins! Yikes. I got xbox UI tool..but when I try to edit custom skins there’s no XUI files only XUR files…

    Figured out the above..sorta.. =)

    I have another problem..whenever I connect to my Xbox via FTP in FSD…my internet stops working..then I have to try to reset my router and modem several times to get it working again..

    Any idea why?

    Even with the config and content editor, my fsd2 1044 keeps crashing if I add anything more than the games dir(even then it’snot stable)Could it be due to duplicates? Where do I send the error logs?? I signed up for the buglog site and It wouldn’t let me view anything remotely usefull after I had logged-in.

    Hello,

    Thanks a lot for your hard work guys. I would like just to inform u of a bug if u dont know it yet. I use 2 usb hard drives on the xbox, freestyle files are on usb0 but it is almost full So now the new games i install them on the usb1, sadly when tryign to do so from copy from dvd option, FSD always crashes, but i let the default path (usb0), it doesnt crash.

    Also, I have a scene with an image on it and when I run a nav button the image stays there and is blocking the next scene..how can I make the image go away when a nav buttn is pressed?

    The work you guys are doing here is awesome. Fsd Is the best thing that happened for Jtags. Got a couple questions though, How to you use the nand flasher tab to reflash the nand? Also with the fans settings will there ever be the option to have the fans run on auto and set a temp threshold. This was a cool feature that xbmc had on the original xbox. Thanks again for this great free software!!!!!!!!!

    So choosing to install this was a horrible idea on my part. It wont pick up any of my games, mainly because the config file resets itself every time I go into freestyle. Oh joy.

    Before you start beeing sarcastic, you could ave shown your config and let us help you, because the only reason the config resets itself, is when the data is WRONG.

    Have you guys thought about implementing a way to disable and re-enable the scan upon boot of freestyle. Once after a complete scan has been accomplished and the the content is a preloaded in the content.xml file? Thanks alot for your awesome work and time put into FreestyleDash. It wouldn’t have happened if it was not for you guys! Thanks again……

    From what I’ve been told that scanning thing is fixed in later releases..not sure if there is an option to scan or a scan on button press or what..but they said it’s not an issue anymore…not sure if that info is correct though.

    What I’d like is to be able to test a Gamelist scene (xbox360.xur) outside of the Xbox….within XUITool it only shows the framework and not a game list….would be nice if there was a simulated gamelist with images for skinning purposes….it’s a pain to have to upload to Xbox everytime you make one change in the XUR file..

    Next update should have it so we can load freestyle off of are 256 and 512 jaspers. If i load freestyle on it it keeps asking where I want to say the data. USB or HDD…. A fix for that would be nice.
